چکیده

Skin is the outmost barrier that separates human body from external environment. In psoriasis, immune cells are resident and / or infiltrated into epidermis in order to form epidermal immunological microenvironment (EIME) constitute a complex interaction with keratinocytes, together nerve microbiota influence. Our results have shown psoriasis mainly mediated by specific inflammatory environment composed keratinocyte-neuro-immune cell units (KNICUs), which of activated cells, keratinocytes peripheral nerves fibers, increased psoriatic lesions closely innervated around keratinocytes. Multiple gathering complete circulatory amplified loop, both an feed-forward loop constituted dendritic pDC, cDC, Langerhans CD8+T dermal macrophages CD4+T cells. The plays dominant role initiation maintenance psoriasis.

Structure and function of the feed-forward loop network motif.

Engineered systems are often built of recurring circuit modules that carry out key functions. Transcription networks that regulate the responses of living cells were recently found to obey similar principles: they contain several biochemical wiring patterns, termed network motifs, which recur throughout the network. One of these motifs is the feed-forward loop (FFL). The FFL, a three-gene patte...

A Sox9/Fgf feed-forward loop maintains pancreatic organ identity.

All mature pancreatic cell types arise from organ-specific multipotent progenitor cells. Although previous studies have identified cell-intrinsic and -extrinsic cues for progenitor cell expansion, it is unclear how these cues are integrated within the niche of the developing organ. Here, we present genetic evidence in mice that the transcription factor Sox9 forms the centerpiece of a gene regul...

Multiple functions of a feed-forward-loop gene circuit.

The feed-forward-loop (FFL), a network motif in genetic regulatory networks, involves two transcription factors (TFs): one regulates the expression of the second, and both TFs regulate the expression of an effector gene. Analysis of FFL design principles has been initiated, but the functional significance of the FFL is still unclear. In theoretical studies so far, the TFs are assumed to interac...

Evaluating the Evaluator: Towards understanding Feed-back, Feed-up, and Feed-forward of Moroccan Doctorate Supervisors’ Reports

Supervisor’s feedback is both a naysaying and a puzzling concern that has always tormented academics in higher education. Particularly, written feedback on pre-final or final versions of a submitted doctoral dissertation is indisputably the most significant step toward granting a doctoral student supervisee the right to defend his/her research project. It also constitutes a rich source on how s...

A Feed-Forward Loop Coupling Extracellular BMP Transport and Morphogenesis in Drosophila Wing

A variety of extracellular factors regulate morphogenesis during development. However, coordination between extracellular signaling and dynamic morphogenesis is largely unexplored. We address the fundamental question by studying posterior crossvein (PCV) development in Drosophila as a model, in which long-range BMP transport from the longitudinal veins plays a critical role during the pupal sta...
